This website (www.nfp.co.ke, the "Site") is operated by the National Forum Party (NFP), a registered Kenyan political party operating under the Political Parties Act 2011 and registered with the Office of the Registrar of Political Parties (ORPP).

Access to certain sections of the Site (including the Staff Administration Portal) is restricted to authorised NFP staff only and requires valid authentication credentials.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You must not use this Site to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any form or registration;
- Impersonate any person, organisation, or NFP official;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site, server, or database;
- Conduct automated scanning, scraping, or crawling of the Site without prior written permission from NFP;
- Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful code;
- Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Site's proper operation;
- Use the Site for any purpose that violates the Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act 2018, the Kenya Information and Communications Act (Cap 411A), or any other applicable Kenyan law;
- Transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam);
- Engage in electioneering, political canvassing, or campaigning not sanctioned by NFP through this Site;
- Reproduce, publish, or distribute any content from this Site for commercial purposes without express written consent from NFP;
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used on the Site.
NFP reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban access to any user or IP address found to be engaging in prohibited conduct.
5. Membership Registration
5.1 Eligibility
To register as an NFP member, you must be a Kenyan citizen aged 18 years or above, hold a valid National Identity Card or Passport, and not be a registered member of another political party simultaneously (as required by the Political Parties Act 2011).
5.2 Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for ensuring all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. Submission of false information, including the use of another person's identity or identity number, may constitute a criminal offence under Kenyan law and will result in immediate membership cancellation. NFP may verify your identity against official government records including the Integrated Population Registration System (IPRS) and the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) register.
5.3 Account Security
Where you are issued with member access credentials, you are responsible for maintaining their confidentiality. You must notify NFP immediately at admin@nfp.co.ke if you suspect any unauthorised use of your membership details.
5.4 Membership Rules
All members are bound by the NFP Constitution and the Party Membership Code of Conduct in addition to these Terms. NFP reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership in accordance with its disciplinary procedures for conduct that is incompatible with NFP's values or that violates applicable law.
5.5 Withdrawal
Members may withdraw from NFP at any time by submitting a digital resignation through the Member Portal or by written request to the NFP Secretariat. Resignation takes effect upon confirmation by NFP. Your data will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site โ including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software โ is the property of National Forum Party (NFP) or its content suppliers and is protected by Kenyan and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
6.1 NFP Brand and Trademarks
The NFP name, logo, acronym, tagline ("Tuko One, Tuko True"), and related marks are the exclusive property of the National Forum Party. You may not use NFP's brand assets, trademarks, or logos without prior written consent from NFP's Secretary General.
6.2 Permitted Use of Content
You may:
- Share links to this Site on social media or in correspondence;
- Print or download a single copy of pages from this Site for personal, non-commercial reference;
- Quote short passages from NFP content for news reporting, commentary, or academic purposes with proper attribution.
